Editorially Speakling …
I noticed on one version of an available website featuring ERIK’S that the phrase Welcome to Erik’s is Southold. Maybe the word “is” was a typo and that the phrase should read: Welcome to Erik’s in Southold. That does seem to be the actual “going phrase” for this “Business {That Does} Know How To Succeed!” & That’a because of the proprietors and crew members, and oh yes! The true and honest quality of the home-cooked wide selection of food!
THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS SO honestly terrific! I just happen to think that I’d offer my own salute to ERIK’S in Southold “write here within my LINKEDIN.COM account!”
IN 1990 WHILE PERFORMING IN THE LEAD ROLE OF Fagin IN THE NORTH FORK COMMUNITY THEATRE (NFCT) Oliver! PRODUCTION, ONE OF THE NUMBERS I WAS SO HONORED TO BELT-OUT WAS Reviewing the Situation. THERE HAPPENS TO BE A YELP.COM WEBSITE WHICH CARRIES REPLIES OF REACTIONS OF EITHER SALUTES/PRAISE OR NEGATIVITY – WHERE FOLKS “Reviewed The Situation!”
I THOUGHT FOR THIS MY Linkedin.com POST ABOUT ERIK’s TO GO “WRITE-ON AHEAD AND ADD SOMETHING THAT IS DEFINITELY NOT THAT FAR FROM A MISSING LINK” – THE LINK BELOW IS FROM THE YELP.COM WEBSITE REGARDING ERIK’S:

ERIK BROWN is the owner of ERIK's who announced the eatery’s closure. In a post signed by Brown, his wife Elizabeth and their son Dylan, they thanked the community for “sharing your days with us.”
STEVE AMMIRATI "has been in the food service industry since the age of {seven},
when he worked at the {LOVE LANE MARKET now LOMBARDI's LOVE LANE MARKET}. His love for cooking evolved into him starting AMMIRATI's DELI in Mattituck with his brother, GREG, and eventually moving on to start his own catering business." He "is the owner of that popular local food truck who turned the space formerly known as Erik’s on County Road 48 Southold into a brick-and-mortar location for his {full- service} caSTtering business and food truck".

Weekday lunches were in STEVE AMMIRATI's ideas about what the new location would entail. "Over the past few years, he found success with his first food truck at the Jamesport Farm Brewery, serving a weekly rotating menu with unique spins on classic foods like pulled pork
quesadillas, lobster rolls, and spinach and artichoke grilled cheese sandwiches."

The former-ERIK's-properry has "plenty of outdoor and covered seating. {STEVE AMMIRATI} believes this space is good for not only a place for people to sit while having a quick bite, but
also as a reserved dining hall for bigger private events. "The catering business will also run out of the newly purchased space, giving people the chance to order food platters to go."

THE CATERED FORK "serves hors-d’oeuvres and entrees for large events like weddings and smaller family gatherings in the backyard. The catering service creates small plates of brie wrapped in puff pastry and cheeseburger sliders to be passed around during cocktail hour and full
service sit down dinners of prime rib and stuffed shells."

“This is a perfect spot to host baby showers and rehearsal dinners,” said STEVE AMMIRATI.

STEVE AMMIRATI and his team began work on converting the space to fit their needs.

“We are now the proud owners of the beloved community establishment Erik’s in Southold!” The Catered Fork announced in a social media post. “We can’t wait to share all of the plans we have for this amazing space!”
