Jacqueline Penney will give a short PowerPoint lecture about the range of work displayed in the gallery— the inspiration for the paintings, the techniques employed, and the mediums of expression. A number of paintings in the book and the exhibit are being shown in public for the first time.
The book signing, Me Painting Me, A Memoir, will take place after the short lecture. The library asks that you please make reservations for the PowerPoint lecture and book signing to arrange seating.
The art exhibition will be on display throughout July and August.
