
On Friday, July 6 at 7:00 pm, the Shelter Island Public Library will present a staged reading of the Off-Broadway hit show, “Love, Loss, and What I Wore.”
This play, written by Nora and Delia Ephron, and based on the book by Ilene Beckerman, features a cast of women sharing stories together, triggered by clothes they have worn over their lifetimes.

Both women and men will delight in getting to peek into these intimate, and often hilarious, episodes. The Off-Broadway production ran for over 1,000 performances, and closed just recently. We believe this may be its first reading on Long Island.

The production will be directed by Terry Brockbank, and will feature several talented Shelter Island actresses, including Linda Betjeman, Kathy Brockbank, Jenifer Corwin, Sara Mundy and Susan Cincotta.
