Man Charged With DWI After Crash: Police
The crash took place in Mattituck early Wednesday, police say.
MATTITUCK, NY — A Riverhead man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a Mattituck crash early Wednesday, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, the single-vehicle crash took place at 3:48 a.m. on Bay Avenue. Luke Coulter, 22, was involved in the crash, found to be intoxicated, and charged with DWI, first offense, police said.
Mattituck Fire Department rescue responded to the scene, police said.
