🌱 North Fork Daily: Greenport Parade Coming Soon + Airport Upset

The quickest way to get caught up on the most important things happening today on the North Fork.

(Patch Media)

Good morning, North Fork friends and neighbors. Our top story of the day centers on an issue that has had North Fork residents crying out for change for many years — the noise, safety concerns and quality of life issues posed by air traffic heading to and from East Hampton Airport. Now, the town voted to privatize the facility but the Federal Aviation Administration has said the process could take two years, not the few days the town suggested. What do you think? We want to hear your thoughts on this for a future story. Please email me at Lisa.Finn@patch.com. Stay warm and safe this weekend. . . .
