As anyone in our town knows, our local volunteers are the ones we count on, night and day, in all kinds of weather, to race to our homes and help in the face of an emergency. They're hardworking, loyal, and fiercely dedicated to protecting the people of Southold Town.
But local fire departments across the board are facing critical issues due to dwindling enrollment and sharp upticks in call volume — and they need help. Here's your chance to do your part and help support this hometown we all love so much.
