Japanese Students Bring Culture to Northport

Special guests from from the Seisa School visit Northport High School.

Northport High School welcomed 10 students and four teachers from the Seisa School in Narita, Japan on Oct. 23.

The visit was part of an ongoing cultural experience between the two schools. This year, Seisa students joined Northport students in classes, attended musical performances by the string orchestra and concert choir and taught the members of the Northport High School Multicultural Club how to make origami.

Northport students were thrilled to host their Japanese friends. The administration, faculty and staff provided a warm and welcoming environment for their visitors.
