19-year-old Picked up on Bench Warrant, Arrested on Drug Charge
Orangetown police allege she was carrying heroin and opiod pills.

A 19-year-old woman from Old Tappan is due in Nyack village Court April 21 to answer a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Samantha R. Teneyck was arrested March 21 on South Broadway by an officer who was aware that there was a bench warrant out for her from the Spring Valley Police Department in connection with possession of a hypodermic instrument.
The officer took her into custody and discovered that she was in possession of 12 glassine envelopes containing heroin and 2 Suboxone pills, Orangetown police said.

She was charged and turned over to a Spring Valley police officer in regards to the active bench warrant.
