Brooklyn Man Accused Stealing $3,136 Worth Of Liquor In Stony Point

STONY POINT, NY — A Brooklyn man faces felony charges in connection with an incident Dec. 16.

Two men had been reported buying $3,136.03 of alcohol from a business in Stony Point using a stolen credit card.

After an investigation, Stony Point police pinpointed Cedric Belle, 28, as one of the two. He was arrested and charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.

He was processed, arraigned, and sent to the Rockland County Jail. He is due back in Stony Point Justice Court May 16.
