Ear-Licking, Abusive Nyack College Coach Takes Plea Deal
200 counts down to seven, no jail time, no sex offender registry, the New York Daily News reports

Facing almost 200 counts of sexual abuse and forcible touching after the Nyack College women’s softball team blew the whistle on their coach, Kurt Ludwigsen has copped a plea deal, according to the New York Daily News.
Instead the 44-year-old New Jersey resident pleaded guilty to seven misdemeanor counts of forcible touching Jan. 21, the paper reports.
“Under the terms of his plea deal with the Rockland County District Attorney’s office, he’s expected to get three years probation and be ordered to perform community service when he’s sentenced in March. He also will not have to register as a sex offender,” the paper reports.
