Afro Cuban Salsa on 2 FOR BEGINNERS ONLY!!! The class includes stretching, breathing and lots of core and quad work. $15 for an hour class followed by a 1/2 hour practice session. Please wear comfortable clothing! Please try not to wear clothes that will restrict full body movement (i.e. jeans). As for shoes: bring dance sneakers or very old sneakers, or dance shoes.
