Alexander Technique

On Wednesday, February 8 at 7 p.m. come to the Tappan Library and meet with Joan Frost to learn more about the 100-year-old discoveries of FM Alexander designed to promote tension relief and comfortable movement. Imagine sitting at your computer with ease, bending freely in your joints and walking lightly down the street. Joan has been teaching the Alexander Technique for close to 29 years and was the Director of Teacher Certification at the American Center for Alexander Technique. Pre-register online at www.taplib.org or call 359-3877 for info.
