Meditation in Everyday Life Meditation becomes a main stream word and for a good reason-we keep working on improving our lives.

At this seminar you will learn Mindfulness meditation technique that trains the mind to be present to our life as it happens now rather then being drowned in thoughts of the past or dreams about the future.

The seminar includes a talk, instruction on mindfulness practice and discussion. It is relevant to ages 13 and up. Anyone can learn the technique and benefit from the practice at any age child to elderly.
