What's Your Story?
Each one of us has a story to tell. Although we share similar life experiences, no one will tell your story the way you do, with your unique view and voice.
This workshop is designed to help you put your life story into words—either as a memoir or a journal-writing practice.
We'll also honor the oral tradition of storytelling to complete the circle of sharing our individual lives and lessons.
During the workshop you will:

- Create an outline for your memoir/life story.
- Visit stories of your past through guided meditation.
- Complete at least one written poignant vignette/chapter of your life.
- Receive tips and tools to continue your project/practice after the workshop.
