This class will focus on the geography, climate and wine styles of the Burgundy and Rhone Valley regions. The class will learn about the grape varieties and wine styles of these regions. Participants will also receive an overview of the French Wine Laws which became the basis for the laws established throughout the European Union. Wine tasting will be included.
