Rabbi Hammer will be the guest speaker. He is a Conservative Rabbi, scholar of Jewish liturgy and world renowned author.
He is the founder of the Masorti Conservative Movement in Israel, a past president of the International Rabbinical Movement in Israel and a past president of the International Rabbinical Assembly. He is currently a member of the committee on Jewish Law and Standards.
