YOGA ARCHETYPES for Healing and Well Being - Taught by Julie Lifton

When we come to yoga to stretch and strengthen we are simultaneously shaping our identities - we are taking an active role in the direction of our transformation.

What are some aspects of yourself that you want to support, or the voices from your heart that call for healing?  "I need to stand up for myself", or "I want to let go of the past and be present", or "be more forgiving", "more game", "more straight-forward and brave", etc. How can we bring awareness to such questions during our yoga practice?

In this workshop, using archetypal imagery from the yoga tradition, popular culture and our imaginations, Julie Lifton will guide you in exploring meaning in your asana
practice, and its potential for healing and strengthening your intentions.
