Hi-Tor's Pet of the Week: Boots

Boots is a 2½-year-old tuxedo with an adorable little white “halo” around the tip of his tail. He was surrendered to the shelter because his owners were moving. Boots is good with other cats, not sure about dogs, and good with all kids. Boots is very outgoing and friendly. He loves to play and loves to be petted.
