• Two Defendants Charged In March 2023 Drug-Related Robbery And Murder (justice.gov) — Two Nyack residents have been federally charged in connection with a 2023 drug-related robbery and fatal shooting in Pomona, following a joint investigation by Haverstraw police, the FBI, and Rockland County authorities. Prosecutors say the men robbed and shot a Pomona resident during a narcotics deal, while a third defendant allegedly helped arrange the transaction.
