Temptations Cafe. The sign on the window says "Jane's Ice Cream." If you aren't familiar with this brand from Kingston, NY, it first gained prominence in the mid-1990s when the New York Times' restaurant critic called its chocolate ice cream the best chocolate ice cream he had ever tasted anywhere.
