Assemblywoman Galef to Host Town Meetings throughout Her Assembly District
Meetings to Focus on Government Reform and the State Budget

Assemblywoman Sandy Galef has announced five town meetings she is hosting at various sites throughout the 95th Assembly District, starting this Saturday, February 28th. The meetings will be held between February 28th and March 7th and Galef will discuss state issues which affect her communities. Constituents are encouraged to come prepared with ideas, suggestions, and questions to add to the open dialogue.

“I am pleased to host these town meetings which give my constituents an opportunity to better understand what is happening in Albany as well as to voice any concerns that they may have,” said Assemblywoman Galef. “This allows for an open discussion of issues and allows me to learn more directly from the people I represent.”

If a town meeting is cancelled in one municipality due to weather, Galef encourages her constituents to attend another town meeting on a different date. If the weather is inclement, please call Galef’s district office at (914) 941-1111 or the local library for an update on whether or not the meeting will proceed as scheduled.
