Assemblywoman Galef's Upcoming Town Meetings
Assemblywoman Galef's Letter to the Editor on Upcoming Town Meetings
To the Editor,
It is a new year, and I am excited to return to Albany for a productive term in the Assembly. Now that the legislative session has begun, I want to invite my constituents to attend one of my Town Meetings. I continue to hear from my constituents through emails, phone calls and meetings, but I also find it important to hold Town Meetings in order to gain even more input from my constituents.
Town Meetings are a way for all of you to participate in a discussion of the issues that are being considered in Albany as well as for me to gain your input on the 2019-2020 state budget. I host these meetings every year because it is important to hear from my constituents on what you think is working, what needs fixing, and the issues that matter most to you.
