WDFH 90.3 FM Ossining: Community Public Radio

WDFH 90.3 FM Ossining is Community Public Radio for the lower Hudson River valley. Please allow us to introduce ourselves.

A little introduction... WDFH 90.3 FM in Ossining is community public radio for the Lower Hudson River Valley. WDFH is YOUR local voice on the airwaves.

We feature several homegrown news and public affairs programs addressing the events that concern you as a resident of the Croton-Ossining area:

In Focus is hosted by Jane Botticelli of Ossining and Vinny Cohan of Croton, with guest reporter Gary Cahill, editor and publisher of The Gazette. Among the recent topics covered on the program were planning and fundraising for the 9/11 memorial at Croton Landing, the opening of two new businesses on South Riverside Avenue in the Harmon district and the $67 million renovation and expansion plan for the Ossining elementary schools.

The program has recently dealt with the Town of Ossining's efforts to consolidate public works departments to save money, and the sentencing of Former Senator Vincent Leibell.

Check out Village Green, our environmental and sustainable living program hosted by Maxine Margo Rubin, and Recovery Talk, a show dedicated to resilience in recovery hosted by Robin Leary.

All of our news shows air twice a week and are available at any time as podcasts from the WDFH website.

When WDFH isn't informing you, we're entertaining you with a freeform mix of music you probably won't hear anywhere else. No playlists here, we simply play what we love (or stumble upon in the music library) and hope you'll enjoy it too. At any moment you could tune in and hear Jimi Hendrix, Joan Baez, John Coltrane, Howlin' Wolf, or Croton's own Rob Morsberger. In fact, Rob joined us recently for an in-studio performance and interview. This is something we hope to do regularly... WDFH is your source for great local music.
