The Ossining Library welcomes James Kaplan, who will discuss his new book, Frank: The Voice. Kaplan’s recent biography of Frank Sinatra was praised by New York Times critic Michiko Kakutani as evoking “all the emotional detail and narrative momentum of a novel.” Copies of Kaplan’s book will be available for purchase and signing.
