Wiltbank Farm is a mushroom farm located in Saugerties, NY. Gary will discuss why he decided to start his farm, varieties of mushrooms he is growing, what his growing methods are, how to creat the best growing conditions, and much more.
There will be a cooking demonstration and tasting of the Mushrooms from Wiltbank Farm.
