My family and I wholeheartedly support Omar Herrera’s efforts to become the next Mayor of the Village of Ossining. We’ve known Omar and his family for many years, and are not surprised that he aspires to this important office. From there he will be able to collaborate with others in a leadership position to continue to espouse and implement the principles and values that he has stood for over the course of the years that we’ve known him.

He represents the hope that we place in the up and coming new leadership who will provide progressive, humane and focused governance at the service of all the residents of Ossining, our region, State and Country. His website delineates his vision for the social and economic well being of the Village with a consistent message of equity and respect for the diversity that is represented in Ossining. Electing Omar will send a message that politics as usual is being challenged by the voices of the whole community expressed through the vehicle of a reinvigorated democracy.

Omar’s youth and experience, combined with his character, principles and progressive values are reliable ingredients for the change we hope for during these difficult times. Let’s support him as we look forward to

Mi familia y yo apoyamos con mucho entusiasmo los esfuerzos de Omar Herrera
para ser elegido el próximo alcalde del pueblo de Ossining. Hemos conocido a
Omar y su familia durante muchos años y no nos sorprende que aspira a este
cargo importante. Desde allí podrá colaborar con otros en una posición de
liderazgo para adoptar y aplicar los principios y valores que él ha mantenido a
lo largo de los años que lo hemos conocido.
Él representa la esperanza que ponemos en la nueva onda de liderazgo que
proporcionará una gobernanza progresista, humana y enfocada al servicio de
todos los residentes de Ossining, nuestra región, estado y país.
