If You See Something, Report It: Croton Village Officials

Help make the village a better place to live. Use this form to report when you see clogged catch basins, missing street signs, etc.

CROTON-ON-HUDSON — Village officials have found a new way to help residents deal with minor issues and help make Croton a better and safer place to live and work. The Department of Public Works encourages residents to report any issues on their street or in their neighborhood.

Make use of the department's request for service form to report issues such as:

  • Street light outages
  • Potholes
  • Damaged or missing street signs
  • Visual obstructions in the roadway
  • Clogged or damaged catch basins

DPW will review each request received to assign priority and strive to address them in a timely manner, officials said.

Now, that doesn't mean that they can take care of everything. For example, issues on state roadways such as Route 9, North Riverside Avenue (Route 9A) and Maple Street (Route 129) are the responsibility of the New York State Department of Transportation.
