Ossining Farmers Market, Saturday 8:30 am - 1 pm, at the corner of Main and Spring Streets.

Beets in many colors are in the markets now; purple, red and golden. We’ve paired our recipe of the week to include corn and cucumbers with beets in a refreshing salad. We know it’s been too hot to do much cooking.
