Ossining Man $7 Million Lottery Winner

OSSINING, NY — An Ossining man has won a $7 million top prize in the New York Lottery — on a scratch-off ticket given him by his wife. The top prize was on the aptly named $7,000,000 Cash Blowout ticket.

Yolanda Vega will present a ceremonial prize check to him on Friday, Lottery officials said. The check presentation will take place at the store where the ticket was purchased — the BP at 155 South Highland Ave.

The man joins three Lottery millionaires from the Hudson Valley who got their own giant checks last week.
