Ossining O-Gram Newsletters Receive National Award

The National School Public Relations Association has awarded Southern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services an honorable mention for the O-Gram newsletters it produces for the Ossining School District.

SWBOCES was one of seven school districts and educational organizations in the country to receive an honorable mention for an external print newsletter and the only one in New York. Sixteen other school districts in the United States received either awards of excellence or awards of merit. NSPRA recognized the Summer 2015 and Fall 2015 issues of the O-Gram.

The SWBOCES/Ossining award was announced earlier this month as part of NSPRA’s 2016 Publications and Electronic Media Awards contest, which is open to all public and private schools and districts around the country.
