Ossining Superintendent Rides Bus with Kindergarteners on Day 2 of “Best School Year Ever”
Superintendent Raymond Sanchez started his morning visiting with Park School students.
Superintendent Raymond Sanchez began the second day of what he says will be the “best school year ever” by joining a group of kindergarten students on their morning bus ride.
Mr. Sanchez rode with the children Friday morning and greeted Park School students as they arrived to start the school day. Director of Elementary Teaching and Learning Carrieann Sipos also went on the bus ride.
On Thursday, the Ossining Union Free School District welcomed more than 5,000 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12 to the first day of the 2016-17 school year.
