3 Patchogue Teens Hurt, 2 Critically, in Medford Crash
Two-car crash occurred late Tuesday night, police say.

Three Patchogue teens were seriously injured–including two who are now in critical condition in the hospital–in a two-car crash in Medford late Tuesday night, police said.
According to police, Kaynen Peters, 17, of Patchogue, was exiting a driveway at 995 North Ocean Avenue when his 1999 Nissan Sentra was struck by a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer driven by Luis Sanchez, 57, of Medford, at about 11:05 p.m.
Peters and his two female passengers, Brandi Bass and Desiree Lamberson, both of Patchogue, along with Sanchez, were transported via ambulance to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center.

Peters and Bass, both 19, are listed in critical condition with internal injuries. Lamberson, 19, is listed in serious condition and Sanchez is being treated for non-life threatening injuries, police said.
The vehicles were impounded for safety checks and the investigation is continuing.
