Applebee's To Celebrate 25 Years Of 'Friends' With Special Offer

Share a name with a "Friends" character? Applebee's has something special for you this Sunday.

In honor of the 25th anniversary of the widely popular and beloved sitcom, "Friends," Applebee's will be celebrating with a special offer.

On Sunday, September 22, many Applebee’s locations, including the 21 Long Island restaurants, will offer guests who share a name with the coffee-loving group a special treat to share with their friends.

Guests who show the name Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Chandler, Joey or Ross on a valid ID will receive one free appetizer to share with their friends.

"We are very excited to celebrate this iconic moment in pop culture history at Applebee’s," Kevin Coughlin, director of operations, Applebee’s of New jersey said. "We believe the perfect way to commemorate the sitcom’s 25th anniversary is to share a meal with some friends. Could this offer be any greater?"
