Armed Man Demands Cash, Pizza in Domino's Robbery in Sayville
Robbery occurred Tuesday afternoon.

Police are investigating an armed robbery of a Sayville Domino’s store on Tuesday afternoon.
Police say a heavyset white man armed with what appeared to be a gun entered the pizza chain located at 5640 Sunrise Highway at about 4:30 p.m. The man demanded cash and pizza before fleeing the store with both in hand, police said.
“He actually told my employee to take the two other pizzas coming out of the oven and cut them up,” a Domino’s district manager told Newsday of the apparently hungry robber.
