Grand Openings Thursday for Village Square Businesses [POLL]

A new Bethpage Federal Credit Union bank, Checkers fast food restaurant and 7-Eleven convenience store will celebrate their grand openings at the new Village Square at 272 E Main St. in Patchogue on Thursday at 11 a.m.

The bank as well the 7-Eleven have already begun operating, while a sign in front of the Checkers states that the restaurant will begin operation at 10 a.m. on Thursday.

A three-story building was previously located on the property, which the Patchogue Village Planning Board of last January. Before that, the Patchogue Village Board of Trustees for the property to allow the businesses in October 2010.
