Man Walking in Patchogue Robbed at Gunpoint
The incident occurred early Saturday, police say.
Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred in Patchogue early Saturday morning.
According to police, a man was walking on Railroad Avenue, near Gerard Street, just after midnight when he was robbed of his cellphone by a man armed with a handgun.
No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made. Police did not release a description of the robber.
