PATCHOGUE, NY — The second "Alive After Five" festival of summer 2019 was an action-packed success Thursday despite some rainy weather. Festival-goers were treated to live music, food trucks and a fun night centered around celebrating armed service members.

The event, now in its 18th year, was organized by the Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce and the latest installment was one of many that celebrated military veterans. Attendees were treated to seven stages of live music, a variety of craft and retail vendors, and more than 10 food trucks.
