Police: Man on Bike Attacked, Robbed in Patchogue

Police are investigating an attack and robbery of a bicyclist that occurred early Monday morning in Patchogue.

Police say a man was riding his bike on Route 112 at about 3 a.m. Monday when he was approached and attacked by four men. The four men punched and kicked the victim, police said.

The men stole the victim’s bike and money, police said.

No arrests have been made. The victim was not seriously injured. He went home after the robbery and reported the incident to police later in the day.
