Longo allegedly sped away southbound over the Broadway Bridge in a Dodge Magnum. The vehicle, which was not registered to him, was later recovered in Upper Manhattan.

Supreme Court Justice George Villegas set bail at $25,000 bond or $15,000 cash and adjourned the case until August 25.

The charges in this indictment are merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
