Employee at pet daycare arrested after senior dog injured during appointment (bluewaterhealthyliving.com) — A Peekskill resident working as a dog groomer in Mount Kisco has been charged with animal cruelty after video allegedly showed him violently slamming a small senior dog during a grooming visit. Authorities say the dog later showed signs of trauma, and the groomer has been fired while the SPCA and district attorney pursue the case and court proceedings continue.
