A local advocacy group is urging the city to repeal its pedal-bike ban, formalize and maintain existing trails, and consider youth programs, while council members debate safety, e-bike classes, and future public hearings.
   

• NY reveals $22M in housing grants for Mid-Hudson region. See where (ithacajournal.com) — Peekskill is set to receive $3.25 million in state Mid-Hudson Momentum funding for the SoLo Project, a 231-unit complex that will include 100 affordable apartments. The grant is part of $22 million awarded to three Hudson Valley cities, aimed at easing infrastructure costs and encouraging communities that commit to adding more housing.
