Concerts Aid Ronald McDonald House Charities

Musicians bringing tour to Long Island.

The School of Rock Summer AllStars Tour 2011, which will raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities, will come to Long Island on July 20 at the Crazy Donkey in Farmingdale.

The net proceeds from this series of concerts that will go on in 22 cities will go to RMHC.

The All Stars from Long Island who will be featured in these concerts include: Justin Smith of Smithtown, Dylan Gleit of Dix Hills, Jason Sabshon of Dix Hills, Trevor Henderson of Kings Park, Tommy Criblez of Bayville and Blaise Sandberg of New Hyde Park.

“This fundraising event will showcase some of the best young talent from around the U.S., with many of the musicians coming from Long Island," said Chris Cosentino, spokesman of the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island. "Events such as this are extra special because it teaches children the value of community service and what it means to give back. We are extremely grateful for the extraordinary efforts of School of Rock and we are really looking forward to the show!”
