- March 4: Martin E. Vergaray Reano, 20, of Glen Cove, charged on Fulton Avenue in Hempstead.
- March 4: Paul R. Alflen, 29, of Oceanside, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Martin Avenue in Uniondale.
- March 5: Tyreek M. Winstead, 22, of Jamaica, charged on Sunrise Highway in Baldwin.
- March 5: Gerald J. Murray, 52, of Roslyn Harbor, charged on Tower Place and Old Northern Boulevard in Roslyn.
- March 5: Tomas Fuentes, 24, of Hempstead, charged on Greenwich Street in Hempstead.
- March 7: Maurico E. Bautista, 43, of Westbury, charged on Circle Drive in Westbury.
- March 7: John F. Rossi, 54, of Lynbrook, charged on Meadowbrook State Parkway exit M4 in East Meadow.
