"Real Housewife" Cooks Up Plainview Elegance
Ferrari-Maserati of Long Island teaming up with Teresa Giudice in benefit culinary event.
Plainview's is teaming up with "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice on Saturday for a culinary treat entitled Experience Italy to benefit a New York charity.
Caterer Andrea Correale of will join forces with Ms. Giudice, who has written two cookbooks. She recently announced that she will join the cast of "Celebrity Apprentice."
The reality show star will showcase family recipes, provide cooking tips and sign copies of her new cookbook "Fabulicious" for guests in attendance. Her first cookbook, "Skinny Italian," made the New York Times best seller list.

Besides the Italian cuisine, regional Italian wines and specialty cocktails by Southern Wine and Spirits will also be served.
Guests will also receive mini spa services courtesy of Equinox Fitness. Some of the world' s most luxurious new and pre-owned Ferraris and décor by Party Up Production will provide a backdrop for the event, organizers said.

Tickets are $85 and can be purchased by calling (516) 671-7575 ext. 308. Proceeds will benefit Harboring Hearts, which provides a home-like haven for heart patients and their families that are seeking medical care while away from home.
Ferrari Maserati of Long Island'sbenefitted Long Island Cares and featured Le Cirque's Executive Chef Craig Hopson, who made specialty canapés and signature dishes for over 100 guests.
The features a loft-like space complete with a rooftop patio and can accommodate up to 300 guests.
