The right and center lanes on the eastbound Long Island Expressway will be closed between exits 48 and 52 until further notice, police said at around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Exit 48 in Plainview leads to Old Country Road while exit 52 in Dix Hills leads to Commack Road.
