Briarcliff Manor Man Accused of Breaking into Yorktown Home

A 49-year-old Briarcliff Manor man is accused of breaking into his ex-girlfriend's home in Yorktown,  said. 

Tony McFadden has been charged with second-degree burglary, a felony. On February 5, police received a report at about 2:04 a.m. that a past domestic disturbance had occurred at a Hickory Street residence.

Yorktown Police Officer Mark Rapisarda reported McFadden had allegedly broken into his ex-girlfriend's house, where he harassed her and stole her cell phone.

The defendant was arrested at his Briarcliff Manor home and brought to Yorktown, where was arraigned. McFadden was then remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail or $10,000 bond.

He was due back at the  on Feb. 7.
