This year, the wedding industry has seen a rise in couples choosing unique dining experiences. Some of the out of the box trends that are making their mark include serving brunch foods, cocktail receptions, themed food bars, and personalized drinks. The Manor's show on Sunday displayed the newest in cuisine trends, featuring a food truck from Bona Bona Ice Cream, The Briarcliff Manor’s signature passed hors d’eouvres, and popular brunch cocktails, like mimosas, pink champagne and Toma Bloody Marys.

The personalization trend was also captured by The Briarcliff Manor's own state of the art MirrorMe Photobooth which not only allows guests to see their own reflection on the touch-screen mirror, but in addition offers guests a choice of layouts and filters, and even allows them to sign their photos. The show also boasted decorative features, and table designs by both The Briarcliff Manor’s in-house designer Vincenza DiNapoli, and Monica Chimes Floral that were inspired by Greenery, the 2017 Pantone color of the year.
Just two years in, the success of their first ever Spring Bridal Show marks The Briarcliff Manor's growth in the wedding and event industry. DiNapoli reminisces, "Since the first day I laid eyes on the property and the beautiful manor, knowing that the trend was shifting towards smaller, more intimate weddings, I knew it had the potential of being one of the top wedding and event spaces in the county. We are all very pleased that we have the opportunity to achieve our goals."
