Knife Skills Boot Camp

Get ready for Cinco de Mayo with our knife skills boot camp! Learn how to select, sharpen, care for, and safely use your knives.  In this hands-on class we'll have you cutting like a professional and leaning the secrets to producing diced onions without tears, quickly skinning tomatoes, and taming jalapenos.  We'll work our way through a variety of other fruits and vegetables, culminating with making delicious no hangover Sangria, guacamole, and fresh salsa.

*Participants may bring a chef's knife and paring knife (not required) for their personal use. Please store and transport them safely.  Closed toe shoes are required for this class.

Cost: $45 (which includes a $30 charitable tax deduction)
