Cake Decorating Techniques

Have you always wanted to learn how professional pastry chefs make their cakes look so beautiful? Join us to learn Pastry Chef Stacey Cohen's secrets and tricks on preparing delicious and beautiful cakes for your family and friends.  In this hands-on class, you'll begin by leaning how to properly fill, frost and finish a cake. Then you'll practice professional piping techniques such as Swiss dots, braided borders, inscriptions, flowers, and more.  We provide all the products and tools, so everyone can decorate their own cake and take home their finished masterpiece.

Course will be held at the American Legion Post 1038, 27 Legion Drive, Valhalla, NY 

Cost: $45  (includes a $30 charitable tax deduction)
