The Art of Rubs, Marinades and Grilling - Chefs Helping Vets Fundraiser

The Art of Rubs, Marinades and Grilling led by Executive Chef Chris Hettinger. Sunday, June 5, 2016 from 1:00-3:30pm

Make summer 2016 a thrilling grill season with this course on perfecting your outdoor technique with both charcoal and gas grills. Learn which cuts of meat, fish and vegetables work best with high and low heat, and how to make a perfect diamond shaped grill marks. Then, Chef Chris will show you how to amp up your grilled food by creating dry rubs and marinades. You'll get to try your hand at making your own dry rub to bring home and use all summer. Sampling is included too!

Cost: $45 (includes $30 charitable tax deduction)

Course will be held at the American Legion Post 1038, 27 Legion Drive, Valhalla, NY 10595
